Stuart Blend

One of the most prevalent varieties in the state of Georgia. Usually counts from 48-58 nuts per pound and has a meat yield of 46-48%. Ready for Shipment in early November.

Desirables 

One of the largest and most popular varieties, a favorite of domestic and international customers alike due to the size and how well these nuts shell out. Usually counts from 44-49 nuts per pound and has a meat yield of 50-52%. Ready for Shipment in late October.

Excel

This variety has a very thick shell and a bright golden-colored meat. Usually counts from 44-50 nuts per pound and has a meat yield of 48-50%. Ready for Shipment in late October.

Kiowa

This nut is very similar to a Desirable but have a little more size and have a slightly darker coloring. Usually counts 43-48 nuts per pound and has a meat yield of 52-54%. Ready for Shipment in early November.

Sumner

Sumner has a more elongated shape and is pointed on both ends, with a thinner shell. Usually counts from 48-54 nuts per pound and has a meat yield of 50-52%. Ready for Shipment in mid November.

Oconee

One of the newer varieties on the market that has bigger size and a thinner shell. Usually counts from 44-48 nuts per pound and has a meat yield of 52-54%. Ready for Shipment in late October.

Cape Fear

A fairly bright-meated nut with a sweeter taste. Usually counts from 46-54 nuts per pound with a meat yield of 51-53%. Ready for Shipment in the first half of November.

Elliot

A smaller nut that makes mostly halves and is considered a specialty nut with bright color and good taste. Usually counts from 70-76 nuts per pound with a meat yield of 50-52%. Ready for Shipment in late October.

Pawnee

An early harvested, high-quality nut with a thin shell. Usually counts from 52-56 nuts per pound with a meat yield of 52-54%. Ready for Shipment in early October.

Schley

Also known as “Paper shell” due to its very thin shell. Usually counts from 68-74 nuts per pound with a meat yield of 54-56%. Ready for Shipment in late October.

Creek

A medium to large nut, usually has excellent quality. Normally counts from 48-56 nuts per pound with a meat yield of 48-51%. Ready for Shipment in late October.

Money Maker

A small, marble shaped nut with a thick shell. Usually counts from 68-74 nuts per pound with a meat yield of 44-46%. Ready for Shipment in late October.

Caddo

Medium sized nut with high kernel yield, normally great quality. Usually counts from 62-68 nuts per pound with a meat yield of 54-56%. Ready for Shipment in late October.
